Most kitchens are designed for new rooms with straight walls. Brussels apartments are different, so we measure every wall and build every cabinet to fit.
Walls that aren’t straight
Old plaster walls lean and bow. We cut side panels to follow the wall, so there are no gaps to fill with silicone.
Ceilings over three metres
Wall cabinets can run right up to the ceiling, turning the empty space above your units into storage.
Narrow stairs, no lift
Cabinets are sized for your stairwell and assembled in your kitchen. Nothing gets stuck on the third-floor landing.
Boilers, pipes and radiators
We build around what can’t move: a boiler hidden in a tall unit, pipes boxed into a cabinet back, a radiator left free to heat.

A family workshop on the edge of Brussels
Elroy is run by Nicolae and Natalia Dunas. Nicolae, an engineer, runs the workshop where every cabinet is cut, edged and assembled. Natalia designs the kitchens.
Because we design, build and install ourselves, the person who measures your walls talks directly to the person who cuts your panels.

How much does a small kitchen cost?
On average, a medium-size kitchen (about 3 metres of cabinets) costs €2,000 in Basic, €4,000 in Premium and €6,000 in Premium+, including measurement, design, cabinets, worktop, delivery and installation. Smaller kitchens cost less, larger ones more. The calculator above shows the average cost for kitchens like yours.
Is the calculator result my final price?
No. It’s an average for kitchens of the same shape, size and finish. Your exact price depends on your walls, appliances and the details you choose. You get it after the free measurement and 3D design, as an itemised quote that stays valid for 12 months.
Are the measurement and 3D design really free?
Yes. We measure at your home and design your kitchen in 3D with no obligation to order. You only pay a deposit if you decide to go ahead.
How long does it take?
3 to 6 weeks from your order to the finished kitchen. Because we build in our own workshop and install with our own team, the installation window is written into your contract.
Do you work in my commune?
We work in all 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region and the surrounding area. Our workshop is in Dilbeek, just outside Brussels.
My walls aren’t straight and my ceiling is very high. Is that a problem?
No, that’s what we’re built for. We measure every wall, cut side panels and fillers to follow it, and can run wall cabinets right up to a high ceiling.
I live on an upper floor without a lift.
We size the cabinets to fit through your stairwell and assemble them in your kitchen.
Can I keep my appliances?
Yes. Appliances aren’t included in our price, so you can keep the ones you have or choose new ones. We design the cabinets around them.
I’m renovating a flat to rent out. Can you help?
Yes. Our Basic finish uses hard-wearing matte laminate that suits rentals, and the fixed quote makes it easy to budget the renovation.
What warranty do I get?
2 years on the cabinets and installation, and a lifetime warranty on Blum hinges and drawer runners. Everything is written into your contract.
