2. Purpose and Services Offered

Elroy Kitchens specializes in providing a complete range of services for 3D design, manufacturing/production, delivery, and installation/assembly of kitchens and custom furniture.

All images, 3D models/renders, sketches, and technical specifications displayed on the site are provided for purely indicative and informational purposes.

3. Quotes, Orders, and 3D Design

  1. Consultation and Design:Initial appointments and 3D designs can be made based on sketches, architectural plans, or specifications provided by the client.
  2. Quote / Price Offer:Any offer made remains valid for the duration indicated on the quote (generally 30 calendar days), unless expressly stated otherwise.
  3. Order Confirmation:The order becomes final and binding only after the Client validates the final project (dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, accessories) and pays the agreed deposit as per the individual contract or the issued pro forma invoice.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on the website or in quotes are stated in euros (€) and specify, in accordance with the offer, whether they are exclusive of taxes (HT) or inclusive of all taxes (TTC), at the applicable VAT rate in Belgium.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer or by any other payment method stipulated in the contract.
  • Elroy Kitchens expressly reserves the right to suspend or not commence manufacturing or delivery if the payments set according to the contractual schedule are not fully paid by the agreed deadlines.

5. Manufacturing, Delivery, and Assembly

  1. Execution Time:The estimated delivery and installation time (generally 3 to 6 weeks from the final confirmation of dimensions/measures and receipt of the deposit) is specified in the individual contract.
  2. Accessibility and Preparation of the Site:The client is required to ensure a free, accessible, and technically prepared workspace (water and gas connections, electrical connections ready according to the technical plans provided by Elroy Kitchens) before the arrival of the assembly team.
  3. Acceptance of Work:Upon completion of the assembly, a reception report is signed mutually. Any reservations or remarks regarding apparent defects or non-conformities must be made in writing at that precise moment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

  • Customized / Made-to-Order Goods:In accordance with Belgian and European legislation regarding consumer rights (Economic Law Code, article VI.53),the legal withdrawal period of 14 days DOES NOT APPLYto goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom kitchens and furniture).
  • In the event of order cancellation by the customer after validation of the technical project and commitment to manufacturing, the deposit paid will be retained by Elroy Kitchens as a flat-rate compensation covering the costs of design, management, and procurement of the materials involved.

7. Warranties and Claims

  1. The delivered products and furniture are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Belgian and European law.
  2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, as well as assembly defects attributable to the Elroy Kitchens team.
  3. Excluded from the warranty are: normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abnormal or non-compliant use, exposure to excessive humidity not compatible with the technical data sheets, as well as any unauthorized modification or intervention by a third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the siteelroykitchens.be(texts, logos, concepts and 3D renderings, photographs, visual elements, ergonomic structure) constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Elroy Kitchens or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, copying, or partial or total distribution, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance withBelgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will prioritize an amicable resolution. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the company's registered office.
